We love this pack. I put a custom bottom in it so it's more comfortable for our Yorkie over longer periods. This consists of cut-to-shape piece of foam from an old bed. He rides in it often and has also used it on an airliner. We've had this for over three years now and it's holding up very well.

I've ridden my bicycle thousands of miles with Migs tucked into a T shirt with a belt around my middle. What a pain in the neck, literally. And no, your Royal highness will not tolerate riding in a bicycle basket. Over time I'm developing neck and back issues and this product has literally changed my life. I think Migs is more comfortable too with the platform bottom. Already the neighbor wants one for his wife and the Fed ex woman at the wrong address wants one too. This bag was a lifesaver! I got this to be able to pack my dog around with me. Brought the new puppy for a trail trip and she was very tired very quickly. We were able to scoop her up, put her in the backpack and keep exploring. Super helpful and fits better than expected. She’s 18 pounds now but still fits comfortably in the bag. It will be with us for many adventures to come. :)
I got this carrier because my Maltese needs to be by me at all times when we go out. And she's older so sometimes she gets tired after walking a few blocks. Also the cold weather in Colorado has her shivering even with the outfits I put on her. My Maltese is about 8lbs and she's tiny. The size small was perfect for her. Its very cozy for her she loved it. She knows it's time for an adventure once she sees the bag. It's very sturdy and breathable.
Love my pink pack, I use it to carry my puppy onto our boat. So easy to keep her safe and confined until we are ready to push off the dock.

Oscar is 20 lbs and kind of long for his Shih tzu mix body. We got the medium and it's comfortable to wear on the front. We also put a sturdier foam pad on the bottom. I feel like it was a good purchase so far.

I got my 1st dog and she was 5.5lbs. I purchased this in a small and absolutely love it! Then she gained weight, 8lbs now, and the backpack was too small. I just received the medium and once again I love it, not to mention my fur baby loves it too. She is terrified of thunder, fireworks, and any loud noises. The backpack keeps her close to me when she is frightened or when we go to a store because I would rather have her close to me than on a leash. This is an awesome product. My only con would be the thin cardboard support in the bottom. It’s not sturdy enough. It bends in no time making her slide more to the front of the backpack than towards me. If you can “dr” that up, it’s wonderful! I recommend 150% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought the medium for my 15lb Dachshund. The bottom of the bag should've been soft instead of a pad. It doesn't conform well against my back and my dog was coughing bc he's being chocked so he sticks one arm out which he's practically falling out of the bag. Stitching doesn't seem all that strong and in time I'm sure the mesh will rip open. Also the goggles are too big even though it says S/M size.
